What You´ll Do:

 

• Design and shape digital customer experiences across CRM platforms, websites, and multi-channel touchpoints.
• Transform customer insights and business objectives into compelling creative concepts — including personalized campaigns, email journeys, and immersive web experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, CRM experts, developers, and data analysts to ensure high-impact design that delivers measurable results.
• Create visually engaging presentations and strategic creative roadmaps that inspire both clients and internal stakeholders.
