Role and responsibilities

 

• The successful candidate will be able to write fluently about energy policy and inform an expert audience of policy insiders for POLITICO Pro, our subscription news service.
• We’re looking for a confident source builder: you will be competing in a space where sourcing is vital and breaking news is the primary goal. Your reporting and analysis will define how energy policy is dealt with by political leaders, industry giants and others.
• You will co-author our must-read daily newsletter Morning Energy and Climate.
• You will contribute to POLITICO's wider range of platforms, including free-to-read coverage.
• You will represent POLITICO at events.
