Execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., Reddit)
Plan, publish, and optimise daily content to drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and conversion outcomes (sessions, leads)
Maintain a performance-driven mindset with clear KPIs: follower growth, unique reach, engagement rate, content interactions, virality, and contribution to brand awareness and leads
Collaborate with Studio peers and creator partners to brief and co-create social-first visuals, videos, and campaigns tailored to each platform and audience
Proactively seek ways to scale content production without sacrificing creativity, relevance, or authenticity
Champion the use of AI and automation in content ideation, production, and optimisation
Continuously experiment with new formats, trends, and tools, using a test-and-learn approach to inform and scale future content
Launch rapid pilots, analyse results, and quickly iterate and scale what works
Work closely with the performance marketing team to align on audience growth goals, share insights, and ensure organic and paid efforts complement each other
