Your tasks
In this role you'll guarantee high quality, cost-efficient and timely communication without having to rely on external service providers / agencies. You'll create visual and verbal communication artifacts and content to be distributed through internal communications channel network e. g. intranet (HUB), digital posters, newsletters, etc.
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- In this role, it is your primary mission to create internal communication artifacts and materials (e. g. digital posters, newsletters, banners for standard information (e.g. new joiners, job offers, training offers, project /milestones / go-lives / achievements, presentation slide masters, templates, guidelines)
- As a knowledgeable sparring partner, you'll create video content (e.g., leadership messages, team spotlights, event recaps, business talk interviews, new joiner shorts etc.). You'll deploy the internal branding concept and ensure consistency across all channels and initiatives.
- In this role, you'll be working closely with several stakeholders and are expected to build and manage relationships with internal service providers (e.g. RedBull Media House etc.). You'll collaborate closely with Editorial Content Creators / Comms Champions for integrated content packages.
- You'll lead visual assets library and templates for internal use by e. g. our communications communities (Comms Champions) as well as enable easy access to visual design elements.
- Finally, you'll ensure high production value, quality and timely delivery.
