Shape and execute a holistic brand and communication strategy in collaboration with the VP Marketing, aligned with CYBEX´s business and commercial priorities
Lead the annual global campaign and communications calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling and impactful brand presence across all markets
Oversee the development and deployment of integrated marketing initiatives, across digital (social media, SEO) and traditional channels (print, PR, events)
Develop and deliver compelling communication strategies, including key visuals, messaging, creative assets, and PR plans- ensuring brand consistency and resonance
Co-own the product and trade marketing strategy, delivering scalable toolkits to support omnichannel sales and retail execution
Execute all national and international ATL/BTL marketing communication activities in line with CYBEX’s strategic goals
Inspire and manage a high-performing communications team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand Portfolio Management teams to drive impactful campaigns and increase brand visibility
Manage the communications and marketing budget define KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
Build strong relationships with agencies, media, and partners while ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement based on market and stakeholder insights
