Serve as a strategic advisor and staff function to the CEO on corporate messaging, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement
Define and execute the global Corporate Communication strategy aligned with the company’s vision, growth strategy, and corporate priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with external PR agencies, communications advisors, and creative partners in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries
Lead the development, writing, and publication of the company’s annual report, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, performance, innovation pipeline, sustainability commitments, longterm value creation, and regulatory requirements
Drive communication initiatives supporting leadership visibility, corporate transformation, and cultural development to strengthen employee engagement, transparency, and alignment with corporate goals
Collaborate with HR to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Reinforce the company’s commitment to patients and patient-centric innovation by building relationships with advocacy groups, industry associations, regulators, and key external stakeholders
Drive executive thought leadership
Partner with Marketing to amplify corporate messaging across digital channels
Support communication activities for global conferences, industry events, fairs and strategic announcements
Manage the Corporate Communication and PR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize strategic impact, demonstrate ROI of communications initiatives
