Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand identity for the company.
Drive the entire design process from concept to delivery on different types of projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, website pages and conversion funnels, email templates, events, and sales collateral.
Oversee concept development and execution for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital platforms.
Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and feedback to designers and external creators to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
Manage creative resources — from briefing external vendors to overseeing budgeting and timelines.
Ensure all visual and verbal communications reflect the company’s tone, values, and positioning in the market.
