You bring at least 8 years of experience in PR or communications, ideally with consumer-facing brands
You have exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills combined with strong media instincts
You have proven experience managing agencies and influencing senior stakeholders
You demonstrate a strong understanding of media, culture, and consumer behavior in the DACH region
You are skilled at identifying trends and creating PR opportunities beyond traditional approaches
You have experience handling reactive communications and reputational topics
You are fluent in German and have professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
You feel confident navigating executive environments and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
You ideally have experience in corporate communications, including executive visibility and reputation management, with exposure to stakeholder or shareholder communications
What the role is about
You lead and evolve PR & Communications strategy for Parship and ElitePartner across DACH, strengthening brand positioning, messaging, and spokesperson profiles
You drive high-impact storytelling and proactive media coverage, leveraging cultural trends, campaigns, product developments, studies, and data insights to create compelling narratives
You own media relations in Germany and oversee PR across DACH and additional markets (e.g., NL/BE), exploring innovative formats and channels
