Your responsibilities

Shape communication and employee engagement

• Develop and coordinate internal communication for Site Operations in Konz, strengthening employee engagement and connection.
• Advise management and leadership teams on strategic, tactical, and operational communication topics, providing coaching, training, and facilitation where needed.
• Ensure that local communication activities are aligned with the overall Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) strategy.
• Take the lead on change and crisis communication when required.
